With more than 10 years’ experiences successfully selling tickets for various promotions and Businesses within the West Midlands and London areas via our Street Promotion and Online Promotion teams, we felt it was time we created an official website.

 

 How does Just Ricco Tix works for my Event

With Just Ricco Tix you have two option on how you upload your event to the website. You can either complete the pre form with all relevant information which will be published within 12hrs or you can create your own event with a few simple steps.

 

Is Just Ricco Tix Free ?

  1. FREE to list your event.
  2. FREE to have your own store for your brand on our website.
  3. FREE promotion on our @JustRiccoTixUk social media platforms until your event date.
  4. FREE Just Ricco Tix App from Google Play store ( New for 2021)

 

How much is the Just Ricco Tix fees ?

Our fees is 9.5% + 50p which you can choose to absorb the booking fee in the ticket price or pass it on to the customer.

Currently our platform is setup for the booking fee to be passed to the customer at the checkout. If  you would like to absorb the fees then please contact us directly and we can change the settings on your event page. 

Most of our competitor’s will use Flat + Percentage  i.e £0.25p + 10% .

How do I take deposit payments on Just Ricco Tix

Something new for 2021 now you can give the the customer the option of Pay Deposit or Full Payment. ( if you would like this service added to your event then please contact us and will we apply the update to your event. 

How do I sell tickets on Just Ricco Tix

Once you have logged in with your username & password, go to your the vendors dashboard.

 (Follow the steps below)

 

How do I create a Single Ticket  

  • Click on Vendor Dashboard
  • Select Product
  • Select Add New Product
  • A new window will appear key fields Upload Event Picture, Event / Product Name, (Price if a single price option if not leave blank), Ticket /Product / Category, Tags, and short description about the tickets / events include date and Time.
  • Click on Create Product
  • Edit Ticket / product page will appear
  • Ticket name will be populated and picture of the event / product
  • Product / Ticket Type field choose SIMPLE (Single ticket price)
  • Regular price – Enter the price you want to sell the ticket 
  • Optional Discount Price (offer a discount on current ticket)
  • Short Description section will be populated if you completed before.
  • Description section, you can copy and paste the short description information or leave blank
  • Scroll down to Inventory and Leave SKU blank
  • Select Enable product stock management (Enter how many tickets available in the stock quantity
  • Untick shipping 
  • Scroll down click save product
  • New window will appear and click on view Product

 

How do I create a Multiple tickets

  • Click on Vendor Dashboard
  • Select Product
  • Select Add New Product
  • A new window will appear key fields Upload Event Picture, Event/Product Name, (Price eave blank), Ticket /Product / Category, Tags, and short description about the tickets / events include date and Time.
  • Then click on Create Product
  • Edit Ticket / product page will appear
  • Ticket name, picture and short description will be populated; Ticket Type field choose VARIABLE (Multiple ticket prices)
  • Short Description section will be populated if you completed before.
  • Description section, you can copy and paste the short description information or leave blank
  • Scroll down to Attribute and Variation
  • Select add Attribute,
  • tick visible on the product page & used for variations,
  • Name enter e.g. Tickets, Hotel room,
  • Value enter e.g. Early bird | Standard | VIP | Bronze | Silver | Gold |
  • Save Attribute
  • Press “GO”
  • A new option will appear and will have a code number next to Any tickets
  • Click on the up and down arrow and select value i.e Early bird, Standard, VIP, Bronze, Silver and Gold
  • On the far right there is an expand down marker
  • Select Enable, Virtual & Manage stock
  • Click on the picture icon and upload your event / product picture
  • Regular price – Enter the price you want to sell the ticket 
  • Optional Discount Price (offer a discount on current ticket)
  • Enter the stock amount, Variation description (details about the ticket which is optional).
  • Leave SKU blank
  • Save Variation
  • Press GO and repeat steps above 9 steps for the next ticket option.
  • Once all your ticket options are created
  • Untick shipping 
  • Scroll down click save product
  • New window and click on view Product

We have teamed up with www.Skiddle.com and vendors who use www.Fatsoma.com to sell tickets through our website.

How can I see how many tickets have been sold ?

You can see real time data in your vendor dashboard where you will able to see Sales , Earning , Page views. You can also view or download a detailed reports about who attend the event.

How can I mange my guestlist / attendee on Just Ricco Tix

We understand how vital is to manage entry to your event and make the process as smooth as possible. Two option available

  1. you can either log into the website using your device and cross ref the names against the unique order code.
  2. Download and print the list.
  3. Scan the unique barcode – Download from IOS or Google Play Store an called ‘SCAN to WEB’ and follow the instructions.

 

How do I take Payments

Option 1 

Our in house team will handle the payment processing and distribution the available funds to your account within 3 – 4 days of the event taken place.

In the payment sections completed your bank account details. 

Option  2 

If you already using the stripe payment system , you can connect your account to our website platform.

Option 3

To  create your stripe account and connect to Just Ricco Tix site , Go to Vendors dashboard , click on setting, Payments and click on ‘ Connect with Stripe”. You’ll be diverted to the Stripe sign up page which will take no longer than 10 minutes to create your account. Once completed you’ll be directed back to our website.

Only create the account if you have all your business information required as they have a strict procedure in place.

1.4% 20p for European cards

Other

2.9% 20p for non-European cards If currency conversion is required, an additional 2% fee will apply.

The Stripes built are at the checkout stage for the customer. 

How will I receive payment ?

With most ticketing sites you will have to wait until the event has taken place however with us partnering up with Stripe, Once the customer has paid then the funds will be in your account within the 7 days.

 

How will I receive statements / Remittances ?

Stripe will send you a monthly invoice of all transactions if you connect your account with them. If you do not connect your account then all fees will be manual process by our team and a statement / invoice will be issued.

 

Refund , Cancellations , Postponed, Disputes  and Covid policy

At Just Ricco Tix we want to ensure you receive a good customer experience when something goes wrong.

 

 Refund

In order for Just Ricco Tix to issue refunds tickets, you will need to send your query to the Venue, Promoter or Organiser? and once they provide us with the next steps then we can issue refunds within 48 hours of receiving confirmation ( Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be completed). Please note the booking fee will not be refunded.

All SALES are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be NO returns/exchanges/cancellations.

With the COVID VACCINE PASSPORT coming into effect September 2021 , NO REFUNDS will be given if you purchased a ticket knowing you’re not vaccinated. 

Cancellations

If the event is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Venue/ Organsiser /Promoter has the sole and absolute right to:

  1. i) reschedule the event, or
  2. ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
  3. iii) not issue any refunds

Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.

If the event is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, police announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of Venue, Promoter or Organiser? will be considered final.

 

Postponed 

If the event has to be rescheduled to other dates, your ticket is usually valid for the brand new date. You will not be eligible for any refunds unless the Venue, Promoter or Organiser confirm your reasoning and if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

 

Disputes

Please note that you purchase tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.

Just Ricco Tix do not get involved in disputes between you and the Venue, Promoter or Organiser.

 

Covid and Tier systems

Please contact the event organiser and monitor the government & local council guidelines in your area to determine if you can physically attend the event you purchased your tickets.

Due to latest government announcement regarding the COVID VACCINE PASSPORT coming into effect September 2021 please ensure when purchasing your ticket you are aware you need to be fully vaccinated when purchasing tickets for nightclubs and other places –  NO REFUNDS will be given if you purchased a ticket knowing you’re not vaccinated.
