Welcome to Just Ricco Tix website. Before you proceed to purchase tickets etc, we strongly recommend you to go through the following terms and conditions which contain important information about your rights.
1. In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets for the event. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of the event.
2. ABOUT THE SITE
3. We have our own Google Play Console App. This was built by the developers at Bumble Print. This app will collect optional data including: your name, address and payment details. If you have any questions or concerns, please email info@justriccotix.co.uk
4. AGREEMENT
5. By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the event premises.
6. Please note that you purchase tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.
7. Just Ricco Tix do not get involved in disputes between you and the Venue, Promoter or Organiser?
8. Just Ricco Tix reserves the right to disable and / or terminate a user’s account if a user is violation of the terms. Account terminated due to policy violation will not be refunded.
9. The holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ accepts that Just Ricco Tix is selling tickets or other services on behalf of Venue, Promoter or Organiser. Just Ricco Tix is acting as the agent of the Venue, Promoter or Organiser in respect of the sale of ticket.
10. THE BOOKING FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.
11. USE OF SITE
12. The ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ may use the site to purchase tickets or other services listed on the site.
13. In order to purchase tickets, the holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the site.
14. The ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ must not use the site for any illegal activities.
15. LIABILITY
16. Just Ricco Tix shall not be liable for any losses where an event is cancelled by the Venue, Promoter or Organiser or any other third party.
17. Liability for any losses suffered as a result of breach of contract on OUR part is limited to the purchase price of the FACE VALUE ticket in question.
18. The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access the venue on dates of the ticket when the event is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attending the event. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.
19. RISK and OWNSHIP
20. Please ensure the correct email is added to receive your ticketing information as the holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ risk from the time the order is completed.
21. The event is a ‘rain or shine’ event. By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘minimum age’ for attending is dependent on the Venue, Promoter or Organiser?
22. If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, (s)he will not be granted entry. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either.
23. At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.
24. By purchasing tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to Venue, Promoter or Organiser? to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.
25. You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims – full or in part – and all claims & entitlements related to it.
26. The bearer has to assume full responsibility of the tickets, once (s)he receives it. Venue, Promoter or Organiser? has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.
27. Kindly note that `Just Ricco Tix is the sole authorised source for purchasing tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.
28. The Venue, Promoter or Organiser? tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).
29. Please note that tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.
30. Venue, Promoter or Organiser? has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of Venue, Promoter or Organiser? will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).
31. The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as event starts. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.
32. If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue due to delays, law regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.
33.BOOKING FEE POLICY
34. The BOOKING FEE is our charge for providing our services. This helps pay for the cost of running our website, our staff and all the technology that goes on behind the scenes.
35. “BOOKING FEE” means the fee charged by Just Ricco TIX and is payable by the ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’. The Booking Fee is a set as percentage of the price of the Ticket made known to the ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ when the ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’. Places an order for the ticket; THE BOOKING FEE IS NON – REFUNDABLE.
36. The EVENT ORGANISER has chosen not to pay the ‘BOOKING FEE’ on your behalf. By purchasing a ticket, you agree the Event Organisers Terms and Conditions and our Terms and Conditions.
37. THE BOOKING FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.
38. REFUND POLICY
39. Face Value tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the EVENT is cancelled and subjected to the Terms and Conditions.
40.If the event is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Venue, Promoter or Organiser? has the sole and absolute right to:
a. reschedule the event, or
b. issue a ‘FACE VALUE partial/full FACE VALUE refund, or
c. not issue any FACE VALUE refunds.
41. ONLY THE FACE VALUE TICKETS is considered in the refund.
42. Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.
43. If the event is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial FACE VALUE or full-FACE VALUE refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, police announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of Venue, Promoter or Organiser? will be considered final.
44.If the event has to be rescheduled to other dates, your ticket is usually valid for the brand-new date. You will not be eligible for any refunds unless the Venue, Promoter or Organiser confirm your reasoning and if issued, will include ONLY the FACE VALUE /printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.
45. All requests for refunds due to an event being rescheduled must be confirmed to Just Ricco Tix.co.uk in writing to info@justriccotix.co.uk no later than the date specified in the rescheduled event notifications from the Event Organiser.
46. Please note the Venue, Promoter or Organiser? reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of the tickets. The ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ can write to the Venue, Promoter or Organiser? For a review and CC, us info@justriccotix.co.uk if they wish to a FACE VALUE refund or exchange their tickets as a result of these changes except in the circumstances outlined in the clauses.
47. THE BOOKING FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE.
48. TICKETING
49. Please note that you purchase tickets on your own free will.
50. The ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ can create an account and register, you will also be required to create a username and password or sign in as a guest.
51. Search the site for the event.
52. Select the ticket you want to purchase which will show the FACE VALUE price.
53. Enter your details and ticket the button to confirm you have read the Terms and Conditions.
54. Once on the checkout page before entering your card details, you will see the FACE VALUE and BOOKING FEE are separate.
55. After you enter your card details, you are prompted again to confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before placing your order in the checkout.
56. Once purchased you will receive an email confirmation (ensure you have provided the correct email address and also check your junk email).
57. Ticket is an E ticket. You do not need to print it, simply show it on your device.
58. The BOOKING FEE is our charge for providing our services. This helps pay for the cost of running our website, our staff and all the technology that goes on behind the scenes.
59. The Venue, Promoter or Organiser? has chosen not to pay the ‘BOOKING FEE’ on your behalf. By purchasing a ticket, you agree the Event Organisers Terms and Conditions and our Terms and Conditions.
